The E3 website is up with the 2005 registration dates. This is definitely a last minute gift to put on your holiday shopping list. Registration is now open so set aside the conference dates. Conference: May 17-19 Expo: May 18-20

An awesome experience. I've was there last year and two years before that. This is the largest expo that I know of with 60,000 attendees just last year. You get to see and play just about every game that could be coming out over the next 2 years. You can talk to the developers and publishers of the games you love.. and hate. lol. If you can afford to get to LA, stay for a week and attend the show... I highly recommend it. oh.. and bring a spare suitcase for all the free swag you'll be bringing home. I keep forgetting and wind up having to purchase additional luggage while in LA.

I won't be going this year I'm sure, but I'm looking forward to other conventions in 2005 that I might can attend, E3 is the biggest though and none can rival it. Oh who am I kidding, I just want to see the next big hardware expo, lol!

I could probably arrange to go.. but I don't think it's worth the cost for me this year. I think I am best off going once every 2 years. The last trip (this year) cost me a bundle because I went with my wife. That meant - separate, more costly hotel room - additional airfare - better meals (because I can eat cheap junk) - trips to see LA (I just want to see the convention, not all of LA)

haha if im goin to LA its gonna be a trip to remember and those cant happen each time they put it in la...then again i dont really like california so... id rather have it on the east coast, lol
