okay guys here is a hard one for ya, well it is for me probably not for you... i just went to go to battle on the net when it started to load up it stopped all of a sudden.... its coming up with....... " recursive error after:^3menu file not found: ui_mp/ingame.txt, using default....." than comes up ...........

Remove all the mods in your main...
then try loading UO.
If it works w/ no mods try adding them back one by one until you get the same error. Then try reloading w/ ONLY the mod that caused the error. If it works then you know the problem is w/ mod conflicts. If it doesn't then the mod itself is somehow corrupt and you should ditch it.

actually - i would suggest doing a clean install

which means...uninstall the program (coduo and cod) then move all of the pk3 files that are left in cod/main and cod/coduo to another folder

then...make sure the directory that call of duty was installed to is completely removed and start over from scratch - reinstalling cod - then the patch(es) then UO

i do however agree something has either corrupted your game or modified a stock pk3 (this can sometimes be done by people playing with things by accident lol)

a clean install should get you going again...then you can add back your maps/mods one at a time...testing as you go

HEY GUYS [casanova]

yeah i tried taking out certain fils etc but still couldnt work it out.... so i did do a clean install and deleted the cod and coduo and started again which has fixed the prob.... i stuck everything back in the folders and it seems fine... which as strider said was probably me f@%$ig things up... thank you for your help anyway
