Hello my fellow mappers!
I've currently on a map project but can't figure out how to make the type of fence. I've also look for this prefab and can't find it.
I've taken some screenshots of some maps that have good fences and i would like to make something like this.
If any of you would be kind enough to direct me to how to, I'd appreciate it a lot.
Thanks...kid |

I think most people would use patches to make the manhole in the picture you posted. I usually use brushes myself, because I find it easier, and because the holes/cylinders tend to look more circular than when you get with patches.
The screenshot below shows how I line up brushes to make a (small) brush cylinder. Note that the bigger the diameter of the circle, the less jagged the edges look. You can hit shift + L twice to go into the light map view and re-texture the relevant brushes with the blue "smoothing_smooth" texture to make it look better in the game.
I'm an inexperienced mapper, so there might be other disadvantages to doing things this way that I'm not aware of.

Shoot. If your saying your inexperienced I'd hate to know what I am lol. I can't even do what you did and that's exactly what i had in mind.
I've spent days even weeks trying to make that, with no luck at all. I'm going to look at the tuts above, hopefully those work and i can someone figure out how to make them like yours.
