It wouldn't be a MODSonair show without some kind of problem, technical or otherwise. I blame foyle. I wanted to say something on the topic of iPhone games but my microphone was... erm........... on mute. I didn't want to say anything afterwards. lol. I think, with solid programming beind it, you can create a successful game on the iPhone/iPod Touch. I recently upgraded to the paid firmware for the iPod (I got an iTunes voucher for free so I was pretty happy to spend it) and there are some good apps out there. Right, there are a few issues with the technology but I am 99% happy to put it down to software issues. With that being said, I won't pay more than the current standard price for games (about $12) unless I get to trial it first. Apple really need some sort of trial system for apps in the app store because it's pretty stupid at the moment. I refuse to pay £6 for what seems to be a good app and then find out it sucks. The iPhone is the one phone I will make an exception for when it comes to playing games on it. Well, paying for games anyway. edited on Aug. 1, 2008 05:07 pm by supersword
