And if so. How do ya set it up to use in hammer?
Do I have to but it off steam to mod it, or will My
store bought CD work?

I did some quick research.

- the game was developed by Trioka who shut its doors after this game. This is important to note as there is no way to ask for assistance or to get your hands on an source code material for this game.
- it was developed using the Source engine.
- I have not seen any maps for the game but I have seen some models and skins. This is based on standard model replacement which is quite possible without additional resources. Mapping on the other hand requires a list of entities available in the game or you might not be able to do anything.

I recommend:
- use hammer for HL2 (not orange box, but the original game) to make a test map.
- make the test map very simple with lights and basic textures. You might have to import the textures to the game so they are available (import custom textures just like you would HL2).
- then play the test map in the game by running it from the console.
