When I run a final compile of my map I get weird colors, sort of rainbow colors, when I play the map after compiling. This is not the case when I do a fast compile, than everything looks fine.

I have read that it has to do something with the grid file, so I have made a new grid file and did a final compile again, but this didn't worked, I kept getting the colors.

Does anybody have an idea how to solve this.

Check your bsp compile log for errors. Make sure you are making the grid file proplery and also make srue you are testing the latest version of your .bsp.

maybe a stupid question but where do I find this log file?

How to get your compile log:
Right click the black window.
Select all.
Press enter.
You can now paste it in a text file or post it here.
