Well if anyone is having problems running the half life model viewer just copy the gameinfo.txt file to : C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\youremailhere\sourcesdk\bin folder where the hlmv.exe file is. You can then place it to your desktop and as long as steam is running, you can view all the models. The original gameinfo.txt file is in the : C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\youremailhere\sourcesdk\cstrike_sample_content folder. Do not delete or move it, just copy it to the other folder. Hammer needs this one in place to run.

Hmm you might wanna A) Open it though steam or B) delete the SDK and re-download it. Im pretty sure Deleting SDK and re-installing will work if A doesnt. -Johny
