Here are a few images of my work in progress.

This is the reason UO_flak88 did not get CTF game type or any additional finishing as I want to put all my effort into this map. Currently mapping the core area.

All the buildings will be enterable and there will be a few vehicles.

This could well end up as TWO maps. The first one concentrating around the Manor and being a more fast pased game. The second is to incorporate the field with the guns (already made a 50% of this) and the small hamlet / village to the north of the guns. [biggrin]

This would make it a rather large map and I think is deffinately slated as an Expansion / 2nd map for more vehicle based play. [biggrin]

WOW....looking great starlight. Jow long you been making that for. Looks so detailed already and i love that barn youve made, and all the rest of the buildings for that matter!!!

So far this is 12 hours work on this part of the map. Much of the time has been spent learning alpha blending and remaking the terrain around the edges. [puke]

Anyway iI hope steady progress will see the main buildings (outline) finished soon and then the detail of room layouts inside going ahead.

I have to confess that this is a remake of the SP map, so I went around and took some screen shots for reference. [devilishgrin]

Hey man nice one i been looking for someone to a decent conversion of this, bigger brecourt conversion was not so good, as u couldn't get into half the rooms in the buildings which had mounted machine guns, and the creator missed half of the blinkin brecourt map itself out, looking very untidy too on the edge of the map!

Be good to see how this one turns out, looking fairly decent so far! Nice one [biggrin]

Even if you have gone round and took screenshots of the sp version, it doesnt matter as this is your own work and not iw's.
You are just making a conversion og a map that is already made with only screenshots to go by. Must be pretty hard???

The main thing was to use the screenshots just to get an idea of the basic layout and sizes. The final creation is deffinately my own rather than a perfect copy. I have also adjusted the layout very slightly to accomodate vehicles and more paths through the map.

I have to say, so far I am quite happy with the content [biggrin]

One question here, how do u increase the view distance in the 3d window of radiant. When I look around in the 3d view things disappear too fast, so I can't get a 3d overview of the map.

U can select and deselect

View->Open GL

and

View->Gubic (i have none selected, its the easyest.
