Novemberdobby please help me,

I've put your zombiemod in the mods/zomdb1.2 directory together with the default .cfg files and try to run it with ./cod4_lnxded +set fs_game mods/zomdb1.2 +exec server.cfg +map_rotate on my linux server.

It starts but when I join the server it minimizes the game and gives me a new window with the title: 'error'.

What is going wrong? please help me out.

Hmm.

Add: +exec zom.cfg
to the command line, and it might work. Also make sure logfile is set to 0.

Ok this is what I have now

- the zom.cfg file is in /main
- the other files are in /mods/zomdb1.2
- I've deleted the server.cfg and other .cfg files (except the zom.cfg), I've only added the ip, port and rconpassword to zom.cfg.
- so logfile is at 0
- I run it with ./cod4_lnxded +set fs_game mods/zomdb1.2 +exec zom.cfg +map_rotate

Still the same error.

You aren't supposed to delete all other cfg's

Use them aswell, but make sure zom.cfg is exec'd last.

In your readme you said that I could merge them as well.

Ok I placed all the .cfg files into /main again including zom.cfg. Then I've added 'exec zom.cfg' at the very bottom of server.cfg

Now I try to run it with:

./cod4_lnxded +set fs_game mods/zomdb1.2 +exec server.cfg +map_rotate

Same error

When I turn pure to 0 it works, but when I put pure to 1 it crashes. Does anyone know what is going wrong???

cfgs dont go in main its a mod they go in your mod folder

make one cfg out of the included zom.cfg from it and your main cfg and exec it as your fsgame startup cfg thats all I did to get it going in first try
