I have a custom map done and have no errors in either map but when I load the in the game there are no bullet impacts on none of the walls. I'm using all custom textures in the map, none what so ever from the game. How do I get the textures o take the bullet impacts?

You could have bullet marks turned off in your game options.

Also, if these are all custom textures, you should investigate your gdt file settings.

Got any screen shots from asset manager?

Maybe whyle you imported them in the asset managger you
missed the option that allows impacts to show up.

Like the post said, they are ALL custom textures. And NO there are no options / check box's to set bullet impact. There's a bulletclip but thats to stop bullets from going through a wall. Any one else have any ideas????

Its an asset manager setting you have wrong. I don't have the tools on this comp, but i remember having the same problem with my decals.

If i remember right its the 'blendfunc' or 'sort' that you've got wrong.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think, that the surfacetype "cloth" don't produce any impact marks.

Yep, for a sign wouldn't it be more normal to have a metal or wood surface type?

And if that doesn't work, try changing the blendfunct to multiply

Got the same after so many years.
It is fixed by adding Screen Add in blendfunc, BUT the "clever" Assets Manager creator does not let you convert phong textures with Screen Add thus making it impossible. This way, it is really remarkable how stock textures HAVE bullet impacts.
