Alright In CoD1 Some of my Germans Are Turning Good and Killing Other Germans; And Some of my Allies Are Turning Evil and Killing Other Allies... What The Hell is Going On?

HAHAHAHAH, NO.

The "Spy" is an American Dressed Up as a German marine. Its Part of Radiant. Thats Not My Problem.

I'm a little lost as to what you're trying to achieve, but here are some tips that might help:

KVPs to give AI in Radiant:
"script_ignoreme" "1" == Enemies will ignore this guy
"script_team" "__?__" == Set team either "allies" "neutral" "axis"

Or can do it via script:
ai.ignoreme = 1;
ai.team = "__?__"; // Set team either "allies" "neutral" "axis"

That Didn't Work. But What Im Tring to Do is make the Allies NOT kill the Allies; and the Axis NOT kill the Other Axis!

-They are killing eachother before I Can! It's Not Kool! some one Help.

You can force the AI not to shoot in the script with

Post your GSC file, the problem might be within there. Maybe state what key and values you are using on some of the AI.

Also, try checking out the CoD tutorials, there is a few that can help with something like this.
