well still no sound no compile errors and only one error in the console while the map is running saying.

That error has to do with some effect you are playing. Looks like you commented out part of the Method to play it so it doesn't know what to do. This error doesn't relate to the sound though.

Check the full console while ingame ( SHIFT+ ~) and see if there is any Sound Errors, or post your "mp_console.log" either located in the mod folder you are running with the tools or in the main folder if running No mod.

We need an error on the sound or at least a clue on why it isn't playing and the console is the first place I'd check.
