It's definatley a compile issue, most likely your not running a -light phase, or it could be the "-rename" issue. It's been so long to say for sure.

Are you using SDK (Sof2map.exe) or GTK (Q3map2.exe)?

ive updated the file to fix another small error so its now version #3 of the testpatch. in this version i have also cleaned up the compiler menu. if you decide you liked the old menu better all you have to do is delete your user0.proj and rename the file "original_user0.proj" so that its used instead. this is the final version unless you discover any more errors or want me to add something.
testpatch#3

I use GTKRadiant 1.4 and 1.5. I started the map in gtkradiant 1.5 but the sky/tools there didn't work.

To compile i use Q3Map2: (final) BSP -meta, -vis, -light -fast -gilter -super2

I prefer to run the compile outside of GTK myself using a *.BAT file, or you can get Q3tools, also if you search the forum, there was a tool that stonedavenger made (still a BAT file, so you can open it and see it's safe) that automated alot of the tasks, including if you have the right zip tool, would make the pk3.
