Sorry, I forgot to include that if you plant on the East side of the tank, you CANT defuse from the West side, only the North and South. Therefore its not the WHOLE tank. Sorry about the confusion [ohwell].

He's basically saying that the goal is to destroy the tank. You can plant the bomb within the radius of the tank, but obviously only being able to defuse the planted bomb within its radius and not the tanks' radius.

So only 1 trigger should theoretically exist in the map at all times, one large one around the tank, and when the bomb is planted a smaller one, around the placed bomb.

Because its a tank, maybe u could just place a C4 model on both sides of the tank, & use those as triggers...It would be cool if u could get rid of the breifcase & just make it seem like the player is setting the timer on the C4 to blow the tank...or just place 1 C4 on the least visible side so theyre not a sniper target while planting or defusing..(most would go to that side anyhow) Im glad I thought of that, I may use this idea myself..
Is it possible to get rid of the breifcase?
This would only be good for S&D though..hmmm..

How would I make a smaller trigger around the placed bomb? The players can plant anywhere, therefore I have no idea where they plant since its customizable.

Okay so this is a good idea if you are just using the map for pubbing. But for competition, this wouldn't work at all. The players need to be able to plant the bomb wherever they want, not only in 2 locations. Thanks for the good idea anyways though.

Its been a few days and I really wanna finish up my map [banghead].

Tubby (someone thats trying to help me with this on xfire) and I have been trying to adjust the trigger sizes, and that seems to not be working at all [cry].

Man, I am sorry I cant help, what method did u se to make your tank into the objective.? By using the bomb prefab & swapping the tank in?? Script etc??

I noticed in that tut, he removes the origin from inside the bomb & never replaces it..I dont know if it makes a diferrence, but I would try this just for the ____ of it..If nothin else seems to be working...Follow this tut & use your pefabs of the tank in place of the original bombs.. http://www.modsonline.com/Tutorials-read-447.html

I know, I was just trying to clarify it for everyone since people seemed to not understand what you were going for. Thats why I said 'theoretically'.
