there is more to that error.. it also refers to a specific file and what the error is in your console. Pull down your console and write down the entire error please.

At a quick glance I don't see anything wrong with your script.

Its a strange thing. It refered to misc_turret that needed to be turret, so I removed my mg's and .30cal and now it comes up with the following. Anyway without the script for the moving tank the map works. Even with the MG's and all.
