All, I've made a tool for CoD4 called "prag" (procedural random arena generator) It writes map files, and optionally it also creates the handful of other files needed to get a map working. It can be used to generate just a skybox and a terrain, or a playable urban map that includes roads, buildings, and randomly placed entities. It has support for deathmatch, tdm, and sabotage game types for now. It includes a very simple GUI for choosing a config file to use and a map name to create.

This is similar to the cod2gen program I wrote, but is implemented in a completely different way, and is a total rewrite (in javascript instead of C). The idea is to make maps in a more realistic urban style than cod2gen did.
