Look at the rules:

Maps must contain original content. Map cannot be an altered version of an existing Call of Duty map. Remember, one of the things we will be judging is originality, historical authenticity and creativity. The submission must include both the .bsp and .map file for judging.

I beleive original content means no.
Backup Your Work or your Work will be gone.

well then you also should make your own new models and your own charachters and your own new weapons and even evry texture needs 2 be new

With much debate we have extended the deadline for the contest by one month. Please have your maps and files in by 31 January 2005.

Questions can be asked in the MODSCON forums. Same rules, same Bat Channel, same Bat Time.

this was adressed before - but i will answer it again...yes - you can use the textures from UO...but you MUST include them in your pk3, as the maps will be judged on a pure CoD server with no UO resources [angryalien]
