Have you tried contacting them somehow? I wouldn't know anybody here that could explain the reason for this besides the IW guys.

They have a job open for Network Operations Engineer that got posted not too long ago. Probably tied in with all the server problems they've been having (isn't the first time the forums have been down in the past few months)?
