MODSonline is in no danger of shutting down. Anti-fun lobbyists can pucker up 'cause we ain't going nowhere.
With the help of Stryder (OK, so maybe he did more than just help), MODSonline pulled a prank leading up to today's reveal. No one is trying to close our doors or silence us from speaking out.

That said, let this be my promise to you that MODSonline will not keep you in the dark about such matters ever again. If someone tries to silence us, we will speak louder. We believe in the rights of gamers and will fight for them. One of those rights is free speech and that's what we believe games, mods and this website is about.

For those of you who missed out on what happened:

• In the forums, MODSonline announced that we were being contacted regarding things that may have been said on the MODSonair show that were deemed inappropriate. No details were provided, we let the posters assume what they wanted.
• On MODSonair Episode 119, Stryder announced that due to pressure from certain parties, he was being forced to resign from MODSonair and MODSonline. Again, no details were provided.
• On MODSonair Episode 120, foyleman mentioned that he had to see someone regarding these matters on Monday (yesterday) and that he would return with details if allowed.
• Today (April 1st), MODSonline was shut down for a period of six hours (April Fools day official timing) with the following page: http://www.modsonline.com/statement.php
• At 12pm EST, MODSonline.com was returned to it's original state with this news post about our prank.

Ten winners will be drawn at random live on MODSonair this Sunday which means all entries must be made before Sunday 12am EST. Each winner will be contacted via private message (MODSonline PM system) later that same day and asked which item they want (size, shipping info, etc) of which you will have one more week to respond. You can comment all you want, but you will only be entered once into the drawing and you aren't restricted based on region.
