Is there a way to have multiple Sabotage bomb sites on a map? For example, Marines defend A AND B while Opfor defends C AND D. Or to make it so that there are more bomb sites in S&D than just the two.

It should be possible, but you need to write a gametype for it, aswell as have the map for it,i belive.

understand the raw\maps\mp\gametypes\sab.gsc and your are good to go writing your own gametype ;)
