I've managed to get cubemap based bump and specular mapping working in vCoD using the nVidia register combiners - pretty much just a reworking of the standard water code in the game, but, this will only work on nvidia cards as far as I know.
Is it possible to emulate the gl_ati_fragment_shader on an nvidia card, so I can try to make the shader work for those cards?
