i was recently playing the revolt river raid map and i noticed that he had added about 16 or so MoHAA models
how did he do it?

I don't have MoHAA and I don't know the format of the models. But they probably used milkshape3D and imported the models, skinned them and then exported them with the xmodel plugin.

After that you use the asset manager and set them up for cod uo and then once more convert them I believe.

Kinda off topic, but have you tried using google as a proxy?

You'll get googles cache of the page, but you won't actually be visiting the page itself. You'll be using google as a proxy.
