They aren't errors - it's just converting them because it hasn't done so yet, or something. That's what happens when you convert homemade assets.

My advice is don't launch the asset converter from the tool's applications list.

Create the asset in asset manager, then from the PC Convert menu select Convert This Asset Only.

If you launch converter, it will try to convert all unconverted assets that came with the mod tools as well, two of which are faulty.

This is in relation to my compass minimap problem. I ran the tutorial for making the minimap, but now my map won't load because it says it can't find the material "compass_map_mp_comm_station". Thought the asset converter had something to do with this.

Yes, and I have the zone file stored in the location [root]\zone_source as mp_comm_station.csv. Here is an image of the error.

Images need to go in the map's iwd, from Cod4\raw\images

I'm a little confused. Images are converted to an .iwi (Infinity Ward Image) file. Packaged folders are saved as an .iwd (Infinity Ward Directory) file. All the files in raw\images are .iwi files. So how can I test my map to see if my minimap is working?

Here is an image of the contents of my raw\images folder.



I also have files called compass_map_mp_comm_station in my material_properties and materials folders. (I don't see file extensions for these files, though.)

Do I have to fully pack my map in its incomplete state in order to test the minimap?

EDIT
Now the computer is just plain broken or messing with me. I have deleted all traces of files called compass_map_mp_comm_station and all references in files, and yet I keep getting the same error. This is getting to be more of a turnoff than fun...

I don't follow. Is that a file path? The folders materials and material_properties are two distinct folders. missingassets is a stand alone .csv file.
