Hey how do I know if a texture is an Alpha texture? Also just quick question are there any snow Alpha textures?

an alpha texture does not have an "@" in the name... there are some snow alpha textures in textures>belgium>ground

Yes It Is. Its Used For Transparency using alpha Blending.

Are the alpha textures in belgium > ground named snow_clampy? As far as I can see, ALL of the textures have an @ somewhere in the name???

In Radiant, they usually have a white border surrounding the texture in the texture selection box
