I place my cars in the map. I shot at them. [machine_gun] They blow up, but leave big red letters saying FX on the floor. What am i missing???[banghead]

Build the FF again, then update Zone File again, you should see a bunch of stuff like this

it should take about 2-3 times before you get all the stuff to work

I know what you mean and I'm almost thinking some of the cars you cannot use for destructible. I had been using cars before and ripped them all out and after solving various problems in my map I put some back in. The result, continually the map fails because of what I assume to be 'bad cars'. At the beginning when I built last night the FF did come up with the cars etc and I added them to the Zone file but then none of the 'parts' so to say show up afterwards. Not sure why... Few compiles now and I see destructible errors in the log and nothing else. Tonight I will rip out all the destructible cars and put them in 1 at a time.

Basically this is what I would expect to add to my Zone file after shooting the cars and getting out of the map. I'm not getting something similar to this:

fx,smoke/car_damage_whitesmoke
fx,smoke/car_damage_blacksmoke
fx,smoke/car_damage_blacksmoke_fire
fx,props/car_glass_large
fx,props/car_glass_med
fx,props/car_glass_headlight
fx,props/car_glass_brakelight

I´m gonna do the same. Just put 1 car at a time, and see what happens. My cars are blowing up, but leave red letters saying FX and not a destroyed car.

Ive got this:
