Hello, I'm making a map with the theme of Prison cell, and would like to add a section where all you can do is shank once you reach a room, would there be a script i could use for this? or is there a possible way to work this somehow?

heres some thing that may help its a bash clip texture im not sure if cod2 formats textures work in cod4 but its a place to start perhaps contact the maker of the original file and ask for a pic of his asset manager settings or to at least run a new one out for the public.

I thought that this is an option controlled server side and not map side.
But I am still new too...

you cant do this since the knife is the bash model and not a real weapon...sorry

using the bash clip you would make a solid square what ever size and height to fit the environment. and what it did was only allow bash in that area no other weapons worked like you couldn't fire your gun or throw a nade you could only use bash

I just spoke to the creator of the bash_clip texture and he will be trying to make another one for cod4 and posting it up real soon.
