how would i make a headshot only mod.?

i noticed when editing the weapons there is:
locHead\1.4\locNeck\1\locTorsoUpper\1\locTorsoLower\1\locRightArmUpper\1

are these the hit locations that the gun can hit.?

thats how much damage it does to those parts of the body
1 = normal
2 = twice the damage
0.5 = half the damage

damage is set by damage in the weap fle

to make head shot only you can add 2 lines in the script so that only head shots work
