I really wanna make maps for CoD4 but I cant get it to work, in Vista Ultimate 32bit. Yea I was aware that it didnt support vista, but there must be a way for me to make maps in vista Any1 got a resolution for this? CoD4 and Maptools is of course fresh installed. This occured for me on my laptop when I tried to install the tools without the game installed. This error means that the editor cannot find the game. Check the FAQ for a solution if you have the game installed. If you do not have the game installed, you will need to install it before you can use the tools, unfortunately. EDIT: I see that you said the game is installed. Make sure the tools are installed in the same directory you installed the game. edited on Feb. 6, 2008 12:10 pm by SpeedHighway
