this might sound rediculous but is there a way to change the physical size of the helicopter?

heres the backstory... the map im working on is a map of my office and the sourrounding area. We goof around alot at work (including lunch break cod4 lan games) and at one point we had a little plastic radio controlled helicopter that we'd fly around the office, this is what Im trying to replicate... so would it be possible to make the helicopter in cod4 at a much smaller scale and set its paths to fly indoors? and then I'd probably want to adjust the damage settings as well to make it a bit more reasonable.

When you call in the Heli for support you want
it to be an R.C. sized heli fling around the office?
