When I load my map with the gametype tdm through rcon all the clients games crash, but you can still reconnect to the server and play the map fine. its just when it firsts loads. The error i get is:

Impure client detected. Invalid .IWD files referened! .\usermaps\mp_junk\mp_junk.iwd

What does that mean and how can I go about fixing this.

I'm getting this too. Someone explain?

Are you patched to 1.5? It might be the purity problems with earlier versions. Try re-uploading the map to the server and redirects? Do any other custom maps do that?

Fixed.

You cannot have your iwd file in the usermaps folder. It has to go into the mod folder that you are running the game with.

The iwd's can go in usermaps only now without the mod folder.

Didn't work for me. If the iwd was in the usermaps folder then it gave me an error (unpure client). I moved it to the TRM mod folder that I am currently playing and it worked. Maybe it is just for this mod only. Not sure.

ok i run a game server
and this is what im getting
if you put the iwd files in your mod/modname folder players that never have played your server have to download all your iwds all at once and can take a very long time if you have alot of custom maps in your server

now if i put them in the usermaps/mapname folder the server just keeps making you download that iwd over and over again
and in the first case it also gives impure client errors
and it gives impure client errors in the second option if that player already has the iwd in the mod folder

can someone please explain to me where to put the damn iwds
