uncheck the splash_no as I would figure even though c4 is an explosion it still causes splash damage. If that doesnt work I reallly dont know what to tell ya cuz as I said I dont have the game but trying to help from past experience with the other games assuming they are based on same logic. yeah you need to uncheck splash, since the C4 and Claymores use splash damage.
