has anyone seen or heard of a way to turn a bsp back to a .map file.If you have please post the web site or post the spot on forums where it is.

i ask for a thing like that b4... no reply..... its just not there the thing that really does the trick.. some do a bit but will make a complete unworkable map file with thousands of brushes......

http://diskawa.info.se/ the site above has about 5 differnet programs that "say" they can do it. i havent tried them though but how knws, they may work!

All you need is the newest (other version might not have it yet) Q3MAP2 - HERE It works fine, for the most part, just use bob toolz, to get the majority of textures to the right scale...

thanks guys myob was right it works but theres a lot of things to repair in the map to get it back to the way it normally looks. should have it out in a couple weeks.
