After i add lighting into my map the models of the char's turn into a technicolor dreamcoat thing. (red, yellow, blue, green, tidye crap all over them) How do i fix this? I added a reflection_probe and that didnt help.

After adding the reflective node did you COMPILE REFLECTIONS and then rebuild the .FF ?

If you did and it still doesnt work then you will need to compile a GRID.

I did kind of find a solution, the reflection_node needs to be on the ground. I do not no if this "IS" the solution or not. There might be a better one I dont know.

Btw how do you compile a GRID? And what does it do?
