Only problem i'm having on this new radient is that i can't pick up and move a light or spawnpoint after i placed it and realise it's in a duff position, i'm sure it's a simple checkbox that i need to toggle but i'm at a loss.

are you saying you cant move it or cant see it? if you cant move it, select it on 3d view (ctrl+leftclick) ten move it on 2d view. if you cant see it, press f for filters and see if any are unchecked

I had this problem on occasion in COD2. I even had to move the brush behind it temporarily just to select it. I also had to move the camera in 3D so that there is nothing behind it.

:o On the toolbar, near the right hand side, is a button which looks like an E with a red cross through it, click that and try again.
