ok, well, caretaker, nothing IS wrong with my directx, so I dont know what is going on. R4R44VIS writes... You cant use directx 10 unless you have Vista. I thinik the only real opition is to upgarde your graphics card. If everything is as low as it will go in-game, and theres no background app's running. And its still agging there really isnt another way around it. I got a 7800 GT, and got around 90fps on all CoD2 maps, i use same settings and res on CoD4 and im lucky to get 20fps, so i had to knock down my res abit and lower my detail. Well I guess I need a new graphic card. Perhaps a decent one and a cheaper price. However, I wanna know which one is most common so I can play most games with that one. Also, is my Ram ok? I have 512MB.
