Ok,

I did some "outside Portals" the whole Map because it is a very Big one and otherwise none could ever do it in DX9.

Now it looks to me that the Portals do not have anny effect.

Did I do it wrong or won´t it have anny effect in outside Areals?
The whole rest of the Map exept the Skybox and the ground of the Portals are Details because my Vis-data will be too big otherwise.
So the Portals now look like (more or less) little Skyboxes itself.
also I did them as closed Aereas (every Portal is a Box).

So how can I make my Map playable in DX9?

the probable error you made is this..

When a portal can see another portal, it gets drawn. So when you portal a huge open area, you'll have to plan your portals very good, because else every cell can see every cell. Making everything detailed won't provide any 'cover' from seeing other cells.

So it is nearly impossible to Portal a huge opened Map because the Portals will "see" each other?

No, but you've got to be smart about it.. use the terrain and cover to block cells from seeing eachother.

Naw.. outdoor portalling is probably the hardest thing to do in making levels.

Will it work if I do only one big Portal in the Midle of the map,
from one side of the Skybox to the other?

No... that's not how portals work. There is a tutorial in the CoD1 section about portalling.. read it.
