sounds are in you english_00 iwds
i have a full weapon iwd that i made that works and ranks
and a weapon mod that is non ranking that i turned off the heli and air strikes as well as a few perks that i dont want
but mm how do you get new skins to work ??

thank you, ill give it a go, have the stock ones all ready dds, and i use photo shop 10 works for me

Well the mod tools are out now...
So I'll have to start with making a xmodel. Can I do this with 3dsMax or do I need Maya?
And what's the next step if I have my xmodel? Can someone please help me with this [ohwell]

actually you have to get Maya Complete / Unlimited 7, 8 or 8.5

export your model using cod4 export plugin, build xmodel and make weapon (bulletweapon / grenadeweapon) file - both asset manager. you will have to do a few more steps to get your weapon in-game (selectable via menu), check out menu raw files.

Thanks for your reply. I'm still making a map, so I'll first finish that. After that I'll get my hands on weapons modding. I'll just bump this topic if I have any further questions then [thumbs_up]
