its hard to explain so i took a short video of it. when i zoom out the building and stuff disapear. i don't remember it doing that on my old system. is there something i could do to make it not do that? thanks for the help http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kOiHtDKD1y0

Cubic clipping is on. You need to turn it off. there's a button for it in the toolbar.
