CoD4 and Gears Of War are great on the 360, although Gears of War 2 is coming out 2008 supposedly so if you're low on cash, just save it.

You might want to check out Left 4 Dead too, it's not out yet but should be hot for the 360 to the same level as GoW with the co-op gameplay + zombies.

well, there's a huge issue now: I set my age as 13 -cuz it is- and now it's asking for Parental consent and credit card info! I thought I was just signing up for a Silver account... I did get the email working perfectly fine, but it seems I can only do campaign on Halo, Bioshock, Forza, and Timeshift, but i've already beaten halo and I'm playing timeshift and Bioshock.

was it this wierd for any one else?

When you register for a Live username you automatically get a month free of Gold service.

Not sure about the age gate thing, you might just need a CC to get access to online features (and after a month be asked if you want to buy a subscription) and your parents will probably be asked to enter a four button controller combo password.
