Hi everyone...

We are currently making a mod a wanted to know if anyone was interested in helping make it. We need need Scripters, moddelers, weapon modders, and animators. If you are interested email me at CPTYOZ@aol.com please. You will get credit in the mod. Here is what you would be working on depending on what you specialize at.

Rifles:
---(Barrett M107 Sniper) 50 caliber for all teams. See skins,modelers, animators, and sound for more details.



American Skins:
---Regular (American uniform) tan
---Winter (American uniform) white
---Grass (American uniform) tan with hay

German Skins:
---Regular (Waffen SS troops Uniform) grey
---Winter (Waffen SS troops Uniform) white
---Grass (Waffen SS troops Uniform) grey with hay

Russian Skins:
---Regular (Russian uniform) dark green-tan
---Winter (Russian uniform) dark green-white
---Grass (Russian uniform) dark green-tan with hay

Sniper Skins:
--All old and new Snipers need to be re-skinned-
---Regular (origional color)
---Winter (plain white)
---Grass (camo ferns,leaves,etc)

Scope Skins:
---Barret 50 cal has an accurate scope. (more modern) Must be huge with good zoom. Berely any black on sides.
---Make all other scopes more modern. Must big huge with good zoom. Berely any black on all sides.


Modelers:
---(Barrett M107 Sniper) 50 caliber //needs to be formed accuratly with tripod, scope, etc.
---All countries uniform styles //needs to be formed accuratly


Animators:
---The barrett m107 sniper needs to have an accurate recoil which is more the most guns. When fired it needs to go backwards in to players arm.


Scripters:
---Range finder. If shot less the 60 meters don't allow kill. (an illegal kill) make an estimate on meters which can be accurate on most sniper maps.
---Head shot script. If shot in the head, head explodes leaving neck and blood stain on wall (not explode on fire). For rest see Sound.
---Blood and Gore. If shot in arm, kill and explode arm leaving chunks.
(not on fire Same with anywhere on the rest of the body.
---Disable Red Dot. disable the red dot on the compass that shows where person is.
---Spawn protect. Make player invisable right when any motion is implied for 10 seconds.

I am currently working on skinning the other guns not including the 50 cal because it hasnt been moddeled yet.

Hey I would love to help you, but I am in so many other projects I can hardly keep up! It is hard having 2 clans, a game you are making, 2 or 3 mods, my website to code, and having time to play or chat on fourms...
nullFew tips for coding.
1. Keep the script as short as possible.
2. Don't comment every line. Only comment portions where they may be needed to point something out.
3. Don't over complicate the script, keep it organized and easy to read.

These help you find simple errors and makes it easy to make changes.

The Barret 50 cal shoots way over 60m

lol i know i can shoot over 60m but i just want it so no one shoots somone else like 2 feet in front of them. Its just a restriction so its somewhat realistic play

Hi everyone...
What we really need is someone to model a barret m107. So far no one knows how, and most of the rest of the stuff we can do. if anyone is interested in modeling please email us at CPTYOZ@aol.com There three different colors we need. One needs to be tan, one needs to be white, and the last on needs to be black. We need the base model to look something like this :

thats a pretty nice sniper u ask me i have a question im realy intrested in this stuff and i was wondering what program you use to make that sniper i mod for cod2 im trying to map kinda difficult and just wondering what program u use for that sniper

well sadly we havnt found anyone with a tutorial on how to model, or with maya plugins etc. I am assuming you use the Autodesk Maya software, but i dont know how to use

yeah iv downloaded the maya and i cant seem to find out how to use it but i never give up so ill see what i can do
