Aloha all.. Just thought I would share some gradiant shots of the map I have been working on, Wütende Krähen.. Things are slowly coming along.. Don't look at the terrain etc.. Just trying to sort things out, layout etc.. I have to look at the layout again cause I want to add tram line a arrange some buildings different so I can have different levels.. These shots are early stage so bare with me..


This is the mighty cafe from a tutorial I did for Modsonline many years ago.. Plus a few stores..

This is the department store, based on the one from Enemy at the Gates.. In the background you can see the start of the industrial area..

This is the railyard base..

This is the inside of the department store, plus you can see what will be part of the tunnel system, which will link the hospital ( Where they die ) to the morgue and funeral home ( Where they are prepared ) to the church ( Where they will be buried ) What you mean to much time on my hands..[lol]

This is the start of the postoffice..

This is the pub and hotel..

This is the cinema / theatre, yes 2 big screens..

Some houses..

Some townhouses..

One of the bases.. There will be two on either side of the map..

You can see some in game shots, from long ago here..

Most of the map will be accessible.. Be able to get onto most roofs, climb up and over walls and some little secrets here and there.. And suggestions would be great..

Guday there MC mate, I see you havent lost the expert mapping touch. Tiz looking damn good there. I can actually still remember running around on the very early version and testing of this map.

Keep on at it mate.

doa, still peeking in here to see whats up but not mapping any more... too much pain if I am at the comp for any length of time. [ohwell]

[lol]Thanx Pete.. It's actually taking a while cause I just started on it but have to get use the the gradiant again.. I was hoping to get some help but no one took up offer so I will slowly get there.. Will let you know when testing is ready, might need yours or azz's, expertise for roller doors and elevator.. [crazy]

Some nice modelling of your buildings there. Its looking good, and HUGE! I ain't played CODUO but you can use vehicles can't you? Is this map planning to use vehicles, cause with all those nice looking hiding spots and buildings it could be difficult to actually find anyone.
Nevertheless, nice looking map, good luck with the rest of it.
