Is there anywhere where Modders are actully hired?
It might seem simple to them to do, but I need something like M3's ModernWeapons Mod.
Obviously not a Rip, but something along those lines.

They main problem here is, mosts mods don't make money, because they're not sold.

So either you've got to get very lucky and sumble upon someone dedicated enough to pay people to help him make his mod.
Or be lucky enough to get noticed by an actual gamecompany and get hired by them to work for them..
