hi dudes

prob wrong place but anyhoo

I've just added the pam mod to a server and it does not have cookable nades, i've seen admiral mod extreme and awe mod has this option and i know where some of the files are i need but i haven't a clue where to look for the cvar or scripting.

what i'm after is to just add the already made scripts cfg files etc to pam and have it work.

already found in: weapons/mp the files i need for part of the proccess

thanks

Cooked 'Nades is probably the single most easy mod you can make yourself in CoD2.

First go to your "Call of Duty 2\main" folder, copy the file "iw_13.iwd" to your desktop. Change the file extension of that copied file to .zip, so the file would then be named "iw_13.zip", and then extract it. Inside the extracted folder go to "weapons\mp" and copy the "frag_grenade_american_mp", "frag_grenade_british_mp", "frag_grenade_german_mp", and "frag_grenade_russian_mp" files to your desktop. Now create a folder and call it whatever you want, you could call it "zzz_cookoffhold1". Inside that folder create a "weapons" folder, inside that create a "mp" folder and put the four copied weapons files into that. Open up each of the four weapon files in Notepad.exe and use the Edit>Find tool to search each file for "cookoffhold". When you find it you'll notice that just to the right of it is the number "0", change it to a "1" and save the file. Once you've done that to all four go back inside your first folder, in this case "zzz_cookoffhold1", highlight the "weapons" folder and put it inside a zipped folder called well in this case "zzz_cookoffhold1.zip". Now just rename your zip folder's extension to ".iwd" and you have a working Cookable Nade mod. You can delete all the other files that are left on your desktop. Just put your .iwd file inside your "Call of Duty 2\main" folder.
