Question for you

How could i put a page on php nuke powered site that when you click on the link it asks you for a password? Then if the pass is correct it then opens the page

not as simple as it sounds because of the all the junk that surrounds phpnuke. But, if you could figure out how to create a new PHP page in php nuke, then what you would do within that php page:

- create a form that directs back to that same page.
- have a field that we'll call mypass here.
- at the top of the form

if(empty($mypass) OR $mypass != 'secretpassword') {
 //echo form here because there is no pass or the pass is incorrect
} else {
 // display the secret stuff here because they entered the right password
}

also if that doesn't work. in cPanel there is password protect directories which you can click on the folder you want to password protect.
