Check out the "iw_06.iwd\ui_mp\main.menu" menu file. It's mentioned there if I remember correctly.

go to iw_08.iwd and look for background_american_w.iwi thats the one you want to edit

you need a dds plugin for photoshop and a iwi to dds and dds to iwi converter if you cant find them post back and ill post the links

OmG!!! Guys i have a problem, i changed the picture in menu and now i cant connect to any server! "ERROR: more modified client discovers iw_08.iwd" Whats the problem? Please help me.
