How do i make my soldiers sit and rest like in the end of the Moscow Training Level?? (the one man has his arm on an Blitz Truck, the other is sitting with his gun across his knees.) thanks

I'm guessing it will require scripting or something, or have a node, but put different animations on. Have a look in the IWD files in your main folder, browse through them and see if theres a list of animations in there. There bound to be some. I'm not an expert so i'm not making any promises.
