I am trying to figure out. (Once I did have the answer, but.. [crazy] ..) I am currently running bots on our main server to help keep it active. However, there are times the member get on there and don't want the bots during a 1v1 ect.
Is there a way I can either set-up a .cfg (botkill.cfg, whatever) That can be executed by an admin? And if so what is the syntax to give the admin that control. [idea] I have tried adding bot_minplayers, and addbot to the extracommands file to try to give them some control with the bots by them setting the players to 0 and using the addbot to bring them back but, that hasn't seemed to work. For some reason the game won't allow them to use those commands.[banghead]
If I DID put a .cfg in there for them to use how would they be able to use it with just admin. I can't give out rcon to all our admins or things would get complicated.
I appreciate any help ya'll can throw my way.
[confused]

If you are using rocmod, make a .cfg called removebots.cfg and in it put 'set bot_minplayers 0'. Your admins can then execute that cfg file with teh command

/adm cfg removebots

You can also do the similar thing to add the bots back.

You should not have to give your admins the rcon password with rocmod. You just need to add their GUID to the admin.cfg file. See 'addadmin' command. As for the ref's you need to look at the permissions that are assigned to the individual commands in your roc config file. For example:

set g_allowEndMap "0200"

default: "0200"
desc: Specifies which commands are enabled and available for use by various
players. This cvar contains a row of four digits, each digit
representing a different setting.
First digit: Superior restrictions
0 = Command is not restricted while a superior sysop/admin is present
1 = Command is restricted while a superior sysop/admin is present
2 = Command is restricted when a superior sysop/admin is not present
Second digit: Admin commands
0 = Command is disabled for all admins
1 = Command is enabled for all admins
2 = Command is enabled for all admins, even while suspended
Third digit: Referee commands
0 = Command is disabled for all referees
1 = Command is enabled for all referees
Fourth digit: Clan member commands
0 = Command is disabled for all clan members
1 = Command is enabled for all clan members

Kewl, I got the admin part down. From what you said earlier I was able to set-up the .cfg as U described. My admins can now turn the bots on and off at will. Was thinking about trying to extend that to my Ref's, but, If I trust them with ref I think they'll be ok for admin. We're a small crowd mostly 25+.
I deeply appreciate the help.
