I've searched everywhere but can't find how to convert a UO skybox to CoD2. Any help or links would be most appreciated.

Its not complicated. They are tga files, convert them to dds the use the Asset Manager for the iwi and material file...

One thing: Are they separated into 6 files (top, bottom, sides) or into one complete skybox texture?

After converting the 6 files with the Asset Manager, it'll produce 2 files you'll need to include in your IWD; the material file (in the "materials" folder) and the IWI (all 6 sides converted into 1 .IWI image).

If your question was about the number of UO textures, then yes, UO skyboxes are 6 seperate images.
