is their a pc halo3? vista only? cod4 is it vista only? im building a new gamer pc AMD 6000 64 fx 3.0 evga 680i mother board 4 ,1 gig ram sticks 800 mhz was thinking of ops. vista or xp any input would be nice BTW i have a xbox360 it suck's compaired to my pc and the new one is even better and twice as fast i loved halo before but been on pc for a year and can barely us the controller lol edited on Sep. 2, 2007 02:27 pm by COLMAC

Get at least 2 GB memory minimum. I assume you are getting a 8800 card? If you have XP already on existing computer (oem). Buy vista business or vista ultimate with your hardware. It is both cheaper than buying XP but under the Vista Business/ultimate downgrade rights. It allows you to use you exisitng XP CD and OEM key to install XP onto your new hardware. It should activate fine but it not, you must ring MS and state that you are installing XP under vista downgrade rights. They will ask you for your Vista key. You MUST have purchased vista business or ultimate for downgrade rights. Not basic or home premium. Then when things finally get sorted with Vista ie they drop XP support or vista actually ends up being any good for anthing.
