I have a BIG problem....my editor freezes up when i do the "BSP" thing...I got my whole level designed, now im in the process of "detailing" everything, puting in sound, monters, the whole works...but when i do the "BSP" thing, it gets to a certain point, then it freezes...i'm hella frustrated cause i don't want to go through and re-do everything, im sure i must've did something wrong or its configured wrong, idk...i just need help,lol.......

Are you sure that it's frozen and not just taking a really long time to compile. The more 'little details' you add to your map will result in much longer compile times.

Please describe in more details what you mean by "detailing". It sounds as if you may not be optimizing your brushes. Small brushes that add detail should be turned into func_static entities.
